1992 Living in Bondage star ‘Rita Nzelu’ : Back with a new movie “International Games”!

Many might not recall the name of Rita Nzelu. She was back then,what Genevieve is to the Nigerian movie industry today. Having starred in the widely acclaimed movie “Living in bondage” in 1992, she was no doubt part of the thespians who made an impact in the Industry.

She went low for a very long time but is back to her first love “movies”. Rita has produced a new movie “International Games” which is from the stables of Golden Lens Pictures, and stars Jackie Appiah, Rita Nzelu, Gareth McChlery, Stephen Hammond, Princess Abiye Tobin-Spiff Okusanya. It was directed by Tchidi Chikere.

The movie unveils Mma, a Nigerian illegal immigrant who is in dire need of papers to stay in the UK. She develops a plan to dupe a Briton, Richard, so she can get it… but there’s a snag. she has to live in the world of hypocrisy, ensuring that he buys her story of being royalty. She even goes the extra mile of bringing her friend (Blessing from Nigeria) into the pretentious game to act as her slave girl… but for how long will the deed last…

A date for its official release will soon be announced.
