Ini Edo, Uti Nwachukwu star in the movie “In The Cupboard” : August 17th!

Desmond Elliot takes on the directing role in the movie “In The Cupboard” which stars the likes of Ini Edo, Uti Nwachukwu, Alex Ekubo, Lydia Forson, Biola Williams, and Bishop Ime Umoh. The movie was produced by Desmond Elliot and Caroline Danjuma.

In The Cupboard revolves around the powerful Desouza family and the Patriarch’s death ultimately sets off a chain of events which threatens to tear the united family apart…

Well Nollywood has always been synonymous with misnomer, weird titles… anyway it’s obvious Uti and Alex have found a new path in acting following the roles they played in Elvis Chucks movie “True Citizens”. In the Cupboard is set for release on August 17th 2012!

  1. Check out Uti Nwachukwu’s next film! Uti needs your help to pledge and spread the word!

Written by 22 year-old African actress and filmmaker Sahndra Fon Dufe, ‘Yefon’ is the story of a young woman who defies her village’s customs to learn how to read and become educated only to face a death sentence as a result.

Inspired by women around the world who have faced similar circumstances, Ms. Fon Dufe and her production team have pledged to use a portion of the proceeds from the sale of the film, companion documentary, books and related merchandise to build an all-girls’ school in Nso, the village in Cameroon where Yefon’s story takes place.

Please feel free to message me for more access to the story.
